Order Notice

  • Custom-made curtains will not be returned due to size problems provided by you. Please pay attention to whether the size and measurement unit entered are correct before payment.
  • The price of custom-made curtains includes curtain accessories, such as curtain belts and curtain hooks or Roman rings.
  • Curtain rails, telescoping rods or Roman rods sold separately.
  • Cloth products may have color difference due to differences in batches and screens. Customers who are worried about color difference are welcome to contact us to arrange a free cloth version for reference.
  • After the customer places the order, the size can be changed once before the cloth is cut. Any questions about the order can be consulted with us first!
  • If you have special requirements, such as specifying the delivery time, you can leave a message in the special request column.

Curtain Installation Service

The curtain installation service of our store is in the form of outsourcing, and the after-sales problems after installation will be transferred to individual outsourced installers. There will be no return service in the following cases:

  1. Dirty and wasted curtains due to unfinished decoration of the installation location, or cleaning of windows or window frames

Before proceeding with curtain installation, make sure the rest of your home's hardware has been completed. For example, renovation work on walls, ceilings or floors has been done so that the curtains are not soiled during installation. We will remind you that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by other hardware decoration.

 

  1. Electric track preparation:

If you need to install motorized rails, make sure you have prepared the potentials beforehand so that there are no mismatches in size or other problems during the installation process. Please contact our customer service staff, we will provide you with relevant suggestions.
